Automatic auxiliary material labeling machine hard body description-Feeder roll material requirements

1. the maximum width of the standard Feeder backing paper is 75mm, more than the need for customization.

2. arrangement of auxiliary materials: matrix arrangement X spacing ≥ 1.5mm (the number of even) Y direction spacing ≥ 1.5mm.

3. Auxiliary material edge safety distance ≥ 2mm.

4. auxiliary material cutting to be completely, and can not damage the backing, auxiliary material without overflow glue.

5. release paper die-cutting strength should not be too large, if there are scars on the release paper, easy to tear when peeling.

6. the thickness of the release paper recommended ≤ 0.05mm and soft material is easier to peel.

7. If there is no sticky part of the label, the non-sticky part should be stripped first.

8. rectangular labels should be fed in the direction of the wide side and the long side should be peeled off.
