Pllyether ether ketone(PEEK) is a representative variety of the poly aryl ether ketone(PAEK) family, a special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties.

The rigid benzene ring and flexible ether bond in the molecular structure of PEEK respectively provide excellent mechanical properties and wide methods in molding as well as machining.

Natural PEEK rod sold in ZERO is made of raw virgin material by extrusion technology.

 

It is higy recommended to use both glassfiber and carbonfiber to ensure the airtightness of the material as well as the gap during machining.

Q1: What length do you have for PEEK ROD ?

Reply: Our regular length is 1000/2000/3000mm.

 

Q2: Are PEEK ROD same price and material as other sheets ?

Reply: Usually the price of diameter 5-20 mm is a little higher than 25-180mm.

For material, usually we use 100% and grade A material of the best in China for PEEK bar.

 

Q3: What about the MOQ ?

Reply:For MOQ, it is 200 kgs for each specification, there is no quantity limitation for the items has stock, usually 50 mm PEEK bar always have stock.

 

Q4: What about the packing ?

Reply: For packing, our fumigation export wooden case can afford 1200 kgs 50 mm POM bar, so we suggest that one time you order 1200 kgs 50 mm POM bar in total at least, then we can offer fumigation export wooden case for free.
