Purpose
Roller-changing coating machine is mainly applied to such field as pharmacy and food industry. It is a kind of efficient, energy-saving, safe and clean mechanical-electrical integration coating equipment applicable to organic film coating, water-soluble film coating, slow-release coating and controlled-release coating for tablets, pills, dropping pills, candies, and chocolates. It meets GMP requirements.
Principle
Tablet cores do complicated track movement under the action of spiral -type stirring paddle inside the clean and enclosed rotating roller. During the movement, coating media can be automatically sprayed according to the technological process and technological parameters. Meanwhile, under the negative pressure, hot air is supplied and exhausted from the bottom of tablet cores to dry the coating media sprayed on the surface of tablet cores quickly and evenly, forming a layer of solid smooth membrane.
